Problem: Plaintiff suffered a low back injury and visited Defendant Doctor for treatment. Defendant Doctor eventually suggested that Plaintiff undergo spine surgery. After the surgery, a post-operative x-ray indicated that it was performed on the wrong level of the spine, causing severe and permanent injuries.

Solution: Plaintiff contacted us and we determined that the best solution was to pursue a medical malpractice claim against Defendant Doctor for his carelessness and negligence in performing the procedure, as well as claim against Defendant's Medical Practice for negligence and corporate liability.
