Problem: Plaintiff was an 82 year old physically disabled passenger on Defendant's paratransit van. The van stopped in front of Plaintiff's apartment building to drop her off. Defendant's employee driver did not assist Plaintiff in exiting the vehicle, even though she required special assistance, and Plaintiff fell to the ground sustaining severe injuries.

Solution: Plaintiff contacted us and we determined that the best solution was to pursue a claim against Defendant for recklessness, carelessness and negligence in causing Plaintiff's injuries.

Result: Mr. Altopiedi fought to ensure that Plaintiff received substantial compensation for her injuries as well as future medical expenses.
